At Teleskor ("we", "Teleskor"), we value your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use teleskor.com, how we process it, and your rights under Turkish KVKK and EU GDPR.

Data we collect

Account data: name, surname, email, phone and date of birth you provide at sign-up.
Authentication data: password (stored as a secure irreversible hash) and, if you choose, an identifier from a third-party sign-in provider.
Usage data: match and news pages you view, favorites you add, match comments you write.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device info and session cookies.
Contact form data: name, email, subject, message and the sender IP (for spam protection).

Why we process your data

To create your account, authenticate you and manage your session.
To provide a personalized experience such as favorite team/league/player and match notifications.
To fulfil legal obligations (log retention, judicial requests).
Security: protection against abuse, spam, brute-force and bot attempts.
Aggregated (anonymized) analytics for service improvement and debugging.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising.
If you use a third-party sign-in (e.g. a social account), your email and profile name are shared with that provider.
Infrastructure suppliers we rely on to deliver the service (hosting, email delivery and data providers) access data only to the extent required to perform their task and cannot use it for their own purposes.
We disclose data to authorities when legally required to do so.

Cookies

We use the secure cookies required to manage your session, and local storage in your browser to remember theme and language preferences.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies. If added later, this section will be updated.

Data retention

Active account data is kept until you delete your account.
After a deletion request, user data is permanently erased within 30 days; where retention is legally required, data is kept for the period mandated by law.
Contact messages are kept for a maximum of 24 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data.
You can update profile details and delete your account from account settings.

Security

Passwords are protected with a secure hashing algorithm and are never stored in plain text.
All data transmission is carried over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
In case of suspicious access the account is auto-locked and you are notified.

Changes

This policy may be updated occasionally. The date above changes on updates; significant changes will also be announced by email or on the site.
