These terms govern the use of the services (live scores, statistics, news, community) offered via teleskor.com. By using the site you accept these terms.

Scope of the service
- Teleskor provides live football scores, statistics, news and community comments. Data is obtained from licensed third-party sources and is for informational purposes only.
- Teleskor is not liable for decisions made based on score or statistic delays or errors. The official result is the one announced by the relevant federation or league.

Account and authentication
- To use community features you must create a Teleskor account. You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of the details you provide.
- Account security is your responsibility. Do not share your password; contact support immediately if you notice suspicious activity.
- Users under 18 may only register with the permission of a legal guardian.

Content and conduct rules
- You are responsible for all content you publish (match comments, profile text, contact form).
- Prohibited content: insult, harassment, hate speech, threats of violence, sexual content, discrimination, illegal gambling/fraud promotion, spam, advertising, copyright infringement.
- Teleskor may remove violating content without prior notice and may temporarily or permanently ban the related account.

Telepuan and referral system
- Users earn Telepuan (points) through actions such as commenting, predictions, loyalty and referrals. Telepuan has no monetary value and is non-transferable.
- Selling referral codes commercially or abusing them via fake accounts is prohibited; detected accounts will have their Telepuan reset and may be banned.

Intellectual property
- The Teleskor brand, logo, design and software belong to Teleskor. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, automated data collection or reverse engineering of the service is prohibited.
- User-generated content remains the user's property; however, Teleskor holds a non-exclusive license to display and process it within the service.

Service continuity and changes
- Services are provided as is and as available. Teleskor may modify, suspend or discontinue part or all of the service with or without prior notice for maintenance, development or legal reasons.

Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teleskor does not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Teleskor is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (data loss, lost profits, reputational harm).

Termination
- Accounts found violating the terms may be suspended temporarily or permanently.
- Users may delete their account at any time from settings; retention periods set in the Privacy Policy apply.

Governing law and jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes are subject to the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices.
